Orujo de Pacharán Distillery: La Navarra (Viana, Navarre)

The La Navarra Group was born at the hands of Mr. Buenaventura Belasco in 1831, in Viana. Seven generations later, the Belasco Family also decided to give an impulse to viticulture activity at the end of the 1980s, with the dream of becoming a reference for the production of quality wines. The first began with the Marco Real Wineries, located in Olite. They then continued with Señorío de Andión in Navarre and Villaester Vineyards in Toro, followed by their Rueda Viña Sopié wines. Their latest project has taken them to the American continent, to Argentina, where the Belasco Baquedano Winery is already a reality in Mendoza. This new product is a tribute to all those people who have made La Navarra Distillery’s 175-year history possible, a tribute to those who started this project, and who passed on their dream to continue on, generation after generation. This is why they wanted to make a liqueur like that which was made 175 years ago, when pomace was the main base used for all liqueurs. 100 % natural. It is produced by macerating a selection of sloe berries in a high-quality pomace spirit. Sugar is added to make a pleasant liqueur for consumers.
